Supply Chain Management:

Sustaining existing supply chain network and ensuring timely distribution; coordinating with PPC for material management at Model Level, so that safety stock and target stocking level can be maintained and customer orders not get backordered. 

Planning in urgency or more demand with in short time with proper checking of material  Vendor Management: Monitoring functions such as vendor development & negotiation, cost tracking; analyzing vendor quotes and selecting products based on price and quality; working with vendors to expedite delivery and resolving vendor's issues. 

RFQ/RFI for import & local supplies, negotiating with supplier for best prices, resolving technical queries, co-coordinating with R&D for tax saving; making payments to vendor/contractors, preparing Purchase Orders & ensuring that proper data is captured in SAP.

Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.  Developed team communications and information for meetings.  Saved 4 Lac by implementing cost-saving initiatives that addressed long-standing problems

Ensuring proper rotation of material and use FIFO procedure,

 

Receiving material supplies with quality assistance from factory , 

 

Checking all received material for accuracy to the delivery note/invoice from

 

the individual suppliers,

 

Keeping an updated  inventory at all times (daily),

 

Take  physical inventory of the entries warehouse and maintain 5s with

 

inbound and outbound.​
